We are in need of a reliable person to help at our leasing office.
The person must be fluent in English and have computer skills including Microsoft Office and internet.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm (1 hour lunch break at 1pm) and Saturday, 9am to 1pm.
Work week = 39 hours.
Responsibilities: Draft correspondences and other formal documents Plan and schedule appointments Greet and assist onsite guests Answer inbound electronic mail and phone calls Implement organized filing systems Perform all other office tasks Qualifications: Punctuality and dependability Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail ​Strong organizational skills **SMOKE FREE WORKPLACE** Do not call the office.
