Call Center - Floor Lead (Broward)

Vacation Call Center (BROWARD) Seeking Experienced Floor Lead to monitor the Room.
Duties include completing Voice Recorded Verifications, monitoring and supporting agents with necessary documents through out the day (including leads), keeping the office clean and report to Operations & Owners.
