We are looking for an Office Assistant that is dependable.
Will Train.
Helpful to have some experience in the following areas: *Microsoft-Word *Property Research *Data entry *Maintain case files *Manage Calendars via Google Calendar *Assist our Real Estate sales staff *Assist litigation attorneys *Bi-lingual helpful but not necessary ( English/Spanish) POSITION SUMMARY: *Retired ok.
*Will show up each day & on time ( must be reliable, and can count on ) *This is a Long-term position *Starting pay is $16 hour *Work hours are somewhat flexible, but typically 10:00 - 2:00 Daily *We are looking for dependable and energetic person *Well organized *Good penmanship *Must be hard working and fast learner *Must have good typing skills *Good computer skills- Especially with MS-Word *Good phone skills, well organized, with good computer /data entry skills.
