SCHEDULE:
Type: On-site (remote work unavailable)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM– 4:00 PM ET or 9:00 AM ET – 5:00 PM ET
Location: Hollywood, FL
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
Assist with training and hiring of new staff into a program.
Performs other duties as required.
Coordinate services, staffing, and other changes that impact client services.
Complete work with composure/tact.
Adherence to policies/procedures and according to all processes.
Facilitate conversations about necessity of consistent services/benefits of service utilization.
Assisting parents and providers with all needs/connecting them to other support if outside of staff’s ability to assist.
Ability to review and troubleshoot utilization reports to maintain consistency of care.

Ability to handle multiple projects at one time and work with remote and in person team members efficiently
Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written skills and work cooperatively with a variety of individuals and groups
Strong decision-making skills
Must be able to work effectively with patients and families of all ages and cultural backgrounds
Ability to maintain customer service orientation and professionalism in all interactions
Adaptability to changing situations in a calm and professional manner
Ability to handle confidential information (HIPPA compliant)
Proven to thrive in administrative environments

Ability to maintain organization standards in a high paced environment
Ability to navigate high stress conversations with tact / mitigate complaints / escalate to supervisor as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2 years working in an office-based setting
Previous experience in an Case Management/Family Support related position preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
) and related computer software
Ability to communicate effectively
Spanish/English speaking

$40,000-$45,000 per year
