Overview
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting in the coordination, planning, and execution of a variety of activities and events which may include in-house, supplier, local, division, region and Company-wide.
Specialized Skills and Technologies
2 – 4 years of administrative / Executive Assistance experience working with Leadership.
Must be able to support several leaders at any one given time and work in a team environment.
Work within team structure environment with examples of assist and support team members at any given time.
Proven experience and record of task management and organizational skills
Proven experience of role responsibilities expansion
Ability to demonstrate forward thinking and problem solving skills
Experience with meeting scribing
Would like to see references from leaders support history
Experience requirement Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint and related technologies to support said leaders.
Need to understand proficiency in MS suite applications
Proficient in managing leadership calendars and schedules
Assist in the logistical preparation for meeting and workshops including but not limited to: Travel accommodations, set-up, and clean-up
Develop and maintain relationships
Work closely with a variety of Company employees from entry level to executive management
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Primary Responsibilities
Coordinate meetings, travel, conference calls, and complete expense reports
Perform administrative duties for an individual, group, or department
Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence
Create and edit documents, generate reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
Manage schedules, arrange appointments and itineraries
Answer and transfer phone calls
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalency plus one year of experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.

, keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding machine
Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
