Lexus IS300 - Silver - 2001 - $4,300 (Boca Raton)

Here is the situation - One owner - Great Car - 108000 miles (approx.
)- Sitting with a friend in Boca Needs a little TLC but with that is a great car.
When I put into Kelly Blue Book it said a minimum of 4600 in very good condition and 4300 in good condition.
The situation is I am out of town, the car is sitting with a friend, it seems the battery went dead after I just put a new battery in it.
So it has been sitting for a few months while I am out of town.
Someone would have to go over and jump it and check it out but if I was not relocating, I would not sell the car, FYI.
The title is with my friend in Boca.
I don't think it is that complicated for someone who knows what they are doing or is in the business.
