Telephone appointment setter (Plantation)

Job description Answer incoming calls and internet leads and provide all the necessary information and set appt’s Make outbound calls/texts/emails in response to internet inquiries on vehicles and financing Input detailed information into the customer's file in our CRM system Follow the detailed scripts/training/process that we provide Communicate with all departments as required.
Experience: Customer Service experience is a must.
Strong computer & phone skills Bilingual - Spanish + Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment Previous Automotive BDC call center experience preferred.
CRM experience a plus We offer a VERY generous compensation package including monthly bonuses for scheduled appointments.
We are a high volume independent dealer with tons of leads provided for your success.
Full benefits after 90 days of employment.
Must be able to work morning and afternoon shift.
Latest shift end at 8pm.
