Responsibilities - Sales Consultant:
* Help customers purchase a vehicle
* Bring your A-game to work with you every day
* Greet customers and identify the vehicle that meets their needs
* Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on test drives
* Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
* Present pricing, explain financing options, and complete paperwork
* Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
* Ensure every customer has a premium buying experience
* Prospect for new customers
Qualifications - Sales Consultant:
* Automotive sales / dealership experience is a plus!
* Sales experience in any industry preferred
* An energetic and outgoing 'people person' who is motivated to succeed
* Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
* Social media savvy is a plus! Individuals that can add their own personal ‘brand’ to their work generate higher incomes!
* A positive, upbeat attitude and good work ethic
* Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
* Valid driver's license and good driving record
