Achieve Goals: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales and service objectives.
Skills & Qualifications: Valid state-issued license to sell health insurance.
Previous experience in health insurance sales or a similar role is a plus.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Ability to handle objections and remain resilient.
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital platforms for client management.
