Hiring Full-Time experienced preschool Teacher in our 1-year old classroom.
The applicant must have prior Childcare experience as a Lead Teacher in working with preschool/daycare center.
Leap Ahead Learning Center is a large NAC Accredited Preschool located in Deerfield Beach, Florida.
We have a beautiful facility with about 18 staff members.
We take proud in maintaining family based environment in our facility.
Candidate should be able to develop a thoughtful learning and caring environment for all children in the classroom.
Candidate must be punctual, dependable, enthusiastic about working with children, have a passion for early literacy and be a real team player.
*Job Responsibilities:*
* Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate curriculum for students
Provide instruction in various subjects, including math, language arts, science, and social studies
* Create lesson plans that align with educational standards and promote student learning
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration
* Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians
* Utilize effective classroom management strategies to maintain a productive learning environment
* Collaborate with other teachers and staff to coordinate activities and ensure a cohesive educational experience
* Provide guidance and support to students in their academic, social, and emotional development
*Work Experience:*
* Must have prior experience of working as a Preschool Teacher
* Must have completed DCF 45 Hours training
* Experience working with students in a classroom setting
* Knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning
* Ability to relate positively with young children
* Ability to create and implement lesson plans
* Maintain daily classroom logs and attendance
* Create monthly newsletters
