As a Child Care Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to:
* Bring KinderCare's curriculum to life, tailored to each child's unique needs.
* Cultivate a safe and nurturing environment where children can play, learn, and thrive.
* Collaborate with parents to provide the best care and education for their little ones.
* Work with staff and leaders to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
* Develop strong relationships with families, teachers, and the community.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Possession of DCF 45 hours training or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment.
* Outstanding customer service skills, organizational prowess, and a knack for multitasking.
* CPR and First Aid Certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
