Fitness and Wellness coach

Our fitness studio of EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) is seeking an energetic and positive Coach to join our team.
You will be responsible for providing clients with personalized EMS training sessions and ensuring they are getting the most out of their workouts.
This position requires a team player who is passionate about fitness, takes care of clients and has excellent sales skills to promote our memberships.
Key Responsibilities: * Conduct personalized EMS training sessions for clients.
* Ensure clients are using EMS equipment correctly and safely.
* Provide clients with nutritional advice and support to help them achieve their fitness goals.
* Keep track of clients' progress and adjust their training plans accordingly.
* Maintain a clean and safe training environment.
* Engage in sales activities to promote memberships and achieve monthly sales goals.
* Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
* Manage portfolio , maintain relationship with members, and develop it by reaching new leads * Cold calls Qualifications: * English and spanish * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven sales experience and ability to meet sales goals.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Positive and energetic attitude.
* Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
Physical Requirements: * Ability to stand for extended periods.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
* Ability to demonstrate EMS exercises.
