We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Multifamily Real Estate Educator to join our team.
As a Multifamily Real Estate Instructor, you will play a vital role in providing our valuable multifamily real estate education to our clients.
Your expertise in multifamily real estate will be crucial in providing accurate and insightful answers to questions related to all aspects of the multifamily investment process, including underwriting, debt, acquisition, LOI, and establishing property value.

Responsibilities:
Train and create curriculum for our proprietary Multifamily Real Estate Education
Facilitate real estate Q&A calls on Wednesdays and Fridays, addressing questions related to multifamily real estate underwriting, debt, acquisition, LOI, and property valuation.
Anticipate, support, and welcome continuous improvement to established training programs and platforms.
Be ready to adapt and adjust to new and changing learning landscape
Monitor and support real estate education groups on various social media platforms, and other channels, ensuring active participation and providing valuable insights.
Support participants and answer questions through all aspects of their learning experience: classroom, blended, technical, etc.
Respond to inquiries and provide timely and accurate answers to multifamily real estate questions posed by participants in the education groups.
Share practical examples, case studies, and best practices during Q&A sessions to enhance the learning experience for participants.
Collaborate with the team to develop educational materials, including webinars, events, presentations, and training programs.
Stay up to date with the latest trends, regulations, and industry practices in multifamily real estate, and incorporate this knowledge into educational content.
Conduct research to address complex and specific real estate inquiries, providing in-depth explanations and guidance to learners.
Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment, encouraging participants to actively participate and exchange ideas.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
Extensive experience and expertise in multifamily real estate, with a deep understanding of real estate essential skills and terms such as underwriting, debt, acquisition, LOI, and establishing property value.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Proven experience in facilitating educational sessions, webinars, or events, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with learners from diverse backgrounds.
A passion for teaching and sharing knowledge, with a genuine desire to help others succeed in multifamily real estate.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in using technology platforms for remote communication and collaboration.
Strong research and analytical skills to provide accurate and detailed answers to real estate inquiries.
Expert knowledge of adult learning theory; specifically of the modern learner, along with industry leading methodologies that support learning efficiency required
Experienced in delivering virtual training through best-in-class learning platforms like Zoom, Adobe Connect, Microsoft Teams, or Cisco WebEx
Demonstrated success in leading both an in-person and virtual classroom
