We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a preschool music teacher.

*Preschool Music Instruction:* Provide engaging and age-appropriate music instruction to preschoolers.
*Lesson Planning: *Develop and implement creative lesson plans that cater to ages, making music enjoyable for all participants following the curriculum provided.
*Skill Development:* Rhythm and Beat, Pitch and Melody, Instrument Exploration, Music Theory, Listening Skills, Singing and Vocal Development, Movement and Dance, Storytelling and Music, Social Skills, Social Skills, and Cultural Awareness.
*Fun and Play*: Deliver a class that is enjoyable and engaging, with plenty of opportunities for children to play and express themselves.
*Progress monitoring:* Assess and track the progress of each student, providing feedback and support for continuous improvement.
*Ideal candidate will possess the following skills*
Music Expertise: A strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy, musical background, and passion for teacher.
Previous experience in teaching music is preferred.
Pedagogical Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and teach music concepts to children, adapting teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
Passion for Education: Enthusiasm for working with children and a commitment to fostering their curiosity and musical expression.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact positively with students, and fellow staff members.

Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.

Availability for after-school hours on weekdays most likely from 3-5pm/and or morning hours.
Competitive hourly rate, $25 for during school day instruction, $45 and up for after school classes.
