This is a full-time in-house position based in Dania.
*Job Responsibilities:*
* Convert traditional training manuals and materials into interactive e-learning modules, ensuring content is engaging, informative, and aligned with learning objectives.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other team members to gather and clarify content requirements.
* Design and develop multimedia elements, such as videos, animations, and simulations, to enhance learning experiences.
* Collaborate with the training team to pilot, launch, and maintain e-learning courses.
* Stay up to date with e-learning industry trends and technologies, applying best practices to enhance training effectiveness.
* This person should be highly creative in the design and development of training materials.
* Utilize instructional design skills to gather content, design, and develop e-Learning, instructor-led and blended learning training modules.
* Design and develop instructor-led training materials including facilitator guides, participant materials and collaborate with team members for implementation.
* Update existing materials when program or process changes.
* Ensure materials are compliant with the branded style guide.
* Ensure consistency of training information and delivery across all locations with accurate and up to date information and materials.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
* Proven experience as an E-Learning Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing interactive e-learning projects.
* Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.
g.
, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar).
* Solid understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
* Strong multimedia production skills, including video editing and graphic design.
* Knowledge of SCORM and other e-learning standards.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines.
