Abandoned dogs (Sunrise fl)

Hi everyone l'm in need or urgent help.
I'm located in Sunrise, FL.
Looking to re home or someone who can take two bulldogs female and male who have been abandoned to the shelter tomorrow morning.
My work hours do not align with the shelters as I work 9-530 shelter is open 11-530.
Long story short dog owner booked sitting through rover app and has since then abandoned the dogs he has blocked my number and sends rover straight to voicemail.
If you all want to call him and tell him how terrible of a human he is this is his number.
