Our electricians will assist our HVAC installers with residential change outs, and work with our service staff with electrical upgrades for our residential clients.
*PAY SCALE*
We offer our Electrical Service Technicians *$62,000 - $175,000/year*.
You are also eligible for our industry leading commission packages
*THE BIG TASK*
You will diagnose and repair *residential* electrical systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions by providing an extraordinary customer experience.
*KEY SUB TASKS*
* Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams
* Keep your company truck sticked and clean, inside and out
* Properly complete paperwork
* Detail oriented, organized, results driven
* Join the on-call rotation
* Maintain a clean and professional appearance
* Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
* Have or be willing to get the proper certifications.

*DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE*
* 3+ years of experience
* Have & maintain a clean driving record
* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background test
* Excellent customer relation skills
* Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
* Highly safety conscious
* Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams and blueprints
* Ability to effectively troubleshoot, diagnose issues, and determine best repair and or replacement
