Job Summary:
Complete Ketamine Solutions of Hollywood is seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychologist, LCSW or LPC to join their well respected ketamine organization.
As a Psychotherapist, you will have the ability to provide therapeutic services to individuals both during their ketamine treatments and outside of treatment.
Your expertise in various therapeutic modalities and your ability to create a safe and supportive environment will be essential in helping clients navigate their mental health challenges during ketamine treatment.
Duties:
- Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' goals and needs
- Provide individual therapy sessions
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Dance Therapy
- Incorporate psychopharmacology when necessary in collaboration with psychiatrists
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of psychotherapy
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation for each client
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Provide counseling on gender issues and support individuals exploring their gender identity
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Valid state licensure as a Psychotherapist or ability to obtain licensure
- Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and/or elderly populations
- Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Group Therapy
- Knowledge of psychopharmacology and ability to collaborate with psychiatrists when necessary
- Strong understanding of behavior management techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Compassionate and non-judgmental approach to therapy
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: From $100.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
