*Responsibilities:* - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department, take messages, and provide information to callers - Maintain a tidy and organized reception area - Provide administrative support to various departments as needed - Manage office supplies and inventory - Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages and deliveries - Support HR managers in maintaining employee records, including updating employee data and generating reports - Handle HR-related inquiries and provide prompt and helpful responses *Skills*: - Previous experience in a receptionist or HR-related role is preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication - Strong organizational skills and multitasking - Strong administrative skills with experience in office management - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred -Professional appearance and demeanor - High level of confidentiality and professionalism *Why work with Us*: - We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment - Opportunity for growth and advancement within the company *About Sylvia Brafman Mental Health Center*: The Sylvia Brafman Mental Health Center is a leading organization in Mental Health dedicated to providing our clients with exceptional service.
