Experienced Veterinary Receptionist

The Care Coordinator (CC) is responsible for ensuring an excellent client experience by welcoming new and returning clients and their pets with a warm and friendly tone, organizing documents and handling cash flow, ensuring proper record handling and accurate information.
Client education is a key aspect of the position, informing clients on a variety of health/wellness topics as well as illness information and educating clients on the benefits of our On Point Pet Health Plans.
The CC also assists veterinarians and nurses by performing accurate and timely work to aid in a smooth flow and ultimately leading to outstanding client satisfaction.
We are a growing 3 doctor practice in a busy area of Boca Raton (Glades and Lyons).
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of *VETERINARY* reception experience.
He/She must be comfortable using computer programs such as Excel, Word, and Veterinary Software programs.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
