Summary
The HVAC/Refrigeration Service Technician provides service and repair of commercial HVAC/refrigeration and or kitchen equipment.
Details
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC/Refrigeration equipment, and or kitchen equipment.
Communicate parts order(s) and repair status with customer and or branch office.
Complete service calls accurately and in a timely manner.
Audit truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms consistent with company guidelines.
Meet on-call requirements.
Required Experience | Education
Three years of combined HVAC/Refrigeration and or commercial kitchen repair experience.
High school graduate/GED or the equivalent in experience
Skills and Abilities
Ability to work independently.
Ability to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot.
A mechanical background and or skills in automotive, electrical, installation would be a plus.
Journeyman License and or CFESA certification would be a plus.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and soft skills.
Good driving record.
