The Global Resiliency Team fosters, encourages, and tracks maturation of our overall risk-based resiliency approach to agreed levels, defines the organizational resiliency focus as second line of defense to enable a consultative and independent approach to addressing the company’s resiliency needs, and fosters coordination and collaboration between key stakeholders in the overall resiliency framework.
We do this to prepare Chubb to face the dynamic and unpredictable forces stressing and stretching businesses including accelerated digitization, increased cyber threats, interconnectedness of the global economy, and heightened infectious disease and environmental risks.
As our Resilience Business Analyst, you will directly support the Resiliency team as it implements firmwide resiliency efforts.
Leveraging your organizational and analytical skills, detail orientation, and creative problem solving skills, you will lead small projects and recurring needs within the team.
You will act as a collaborative partner within our team and to our various global partners to assist in the development of solutions that can be leveraged at a firmwide level.
In this role, you will: Deliver ongoing, detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions Elicit, evaluate, specify, and validate the business needs of resiliency stakeholders Conduct interviews to gather requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods Support the input, extract, manipulate, and report of data in Excel, Access, SQL data stores and Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI reporting tools Analyze and manage data to better implement program goals and enable effective tracking and communications Utilize tools and technology to create initial iterations of concepts for presentations to leaders and clearly explain complex concepts Able to synthesize and distill complex technical subjects to non-technical stakeholders Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide insights and direction to various stakeholders Manage small projects with appropriate milestone, risks, and issues tracking Further the understanding across the organization of Resiliency processes and practices Think beyond today You may also: Assist in the execution of the day-to-day project execution, tracking / monitoring of all resiliency projects and reporting.
