```Duties:``` - Provide personal care to patients in their homes, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques.
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
- Help patients with exercises and physical therapy routines.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up.
```Qualifications:``` - Previous experience in patient care or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.
- Ability to lift and move patients safely and comfortably.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions from healthcare professionals.
- Familiarity with medical records documentation is a plus.
- Experience in dementia care or working with seniors is a plus.
