We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as a Health Insurance Customer Verification Representative.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our clients with their health insurance needs, answering questions, providing guidance, and resolving issues related to their policies.
Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, and email in a professional and timely manner
* Provide assistance to customers in navigating our health insurance plans and policies
* Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues
* Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest products, services, and industry trends
Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with health insurance terminology, policies, and procedures preferred ( If you don't have experience we will train you.
)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 per week
Weekly day range:
* Monday to Friday
* Weekends as needed
