The Accessories Sales and Service Advisor is one of the dealership’s first-line customer relations and service sales representative.
The position involves factory and aftermarket accessories sales, supervision of installations and attending to the customers needs throughout the process.
Providing exceptional customer service is of utmost importance after the initial sale and final delivery of vehicle.
The ideal candidate will be motivated by the sale and overall customer satisfaction component integral to the success of this position.
Position is a 6 day work week; 10:30AM to 7PM with one day per week off and one full weekend per month off.
*Responsibilities:*
* Promptly meet and greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
* Set appointments for installations and demonstrate accessory use after installation
* Offer factory and aftermarket accessories according to customer’s needs or desires.
* Order parts and work harmoniously with technician assigned to vehicle
* Maintain the customer informed and satisfied throughout installation process
* Obtain accurate parts and labor prices for all customer pay and internal operations using the appropriate parts price sources and labor pricing guide.
* Give every customer an accurate estimate in a timely fashion
* Obtain the customer’s written approval on all repair offers at the time of the write-up or when closing additional add-on sales.
* Obtain properly documented telephone approval for all add-on sales when customers are not at the dealership.
* Meet or exceed sales objectives set by management.
* Handle minor customer complaints and/or misunderstandings with courtesy, tact and in a manner that does not further aggravate problems.
* Answer incoming telephone calls promptly, courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the caller’s inquiry.
* Maintain organized records of repair orders and proper documentation in all administrative tasks related to each customer vehicle.
* Conduct all business with sincerity, honesty and genuine concern for customers.
*Job Requirements:*
* Sales and customer service experience or background in Dealership environment preferred
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
* Excellent customer service skills
* Positive attitude
* Must be a team player
* Valid driver's license
* Clean driving record
* Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Pay: $45,000.
