*Inside Sales Account Manager (Full-Time)*
Darmerica is looking for someone who is driven and is a strong communicator with exceptional verbal and written skills that has the ability to secure new accounts and develop existing accounts while managing their time efficiently.
You will be a part of a team responsible for developing client relationships, generating potential sales leads, and managing a strong pipeline of opportunities to develop success and grow their career within the company.
*COMPANY DESCRIPTION:*
Darmerica is an FDA inspected and Florida Board of Pharmacy licensed distributor for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) for compounding pharmacies throughout the states.
We supply a full line of APIs, nutraceuticals, peptides, cosmetic ingredients, natural herbal extracts as well as specialty excipients.
*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Develop and maintain rapport with compounding pharmacies to increase product sales.
* Make daily outbound calls to new leads and accounts while receiving inbound calls from existing customers and new prospects.
* Minimum of 150 calls per week on a sustained basis in order to maintain sales pipeline momentum.
* Develop knowledge of the product process from manufacturer to end-user.
* Receive inbound calls and orders from marketing campaigns to pharmacies worldwide.
* Manage pipeline opportunities, leads & accounts through Microsoft Excel while tracking communications to each pharmacy on a daily basis.
* Manage orders through QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel to ensure customer satisfaction of on-time product delivery.
* Engage customers with product knowledge while suggesting new product lines to expand their business and promote growth.
* Address any questions our customers have about our products or services in a timely and effective manner.
* Constant follow up with customers and leads to keep them up to date on company offerings.
* Create an organized report of customers and product-usage to increase sales efficiency.
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
* *Applicants must be an American Citizen or Permanent Resident (Domestic applicants ONLY).

* *Minimum 5 years inside sales experience required.

* Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory (Sort/Filter/Pivot Tables)
* Self-motivated and driven to exceed expectations and personal goals
* Exceptional, verbal and written communication skills
* Exceptional interpersonal skills
* Outgoing individual with strong and experienced sales acumen
* Phenomenal time management, and organizational skills
* Ability to identify decision makers and communicate products and services in a timely and professional manner
* Ability to manage a lead pipeline and current accounts totalling hundreds of pharmacies in varying time zones.
* Ability to properly position Darmerica within the industry and pitch products and services with confidence on a daily basis
* Ability to recognize and handle sales objections with politeness and tact while also being able to secure new business
* Ability to understand and keep up to date with market trends and changing regulatory environments
* Friendly outgoing personality
*REQUIRED EDUCATION:*
* *Bachelor’s degree is mandatory (Science Major is an asset).

*Salary Range:* (Base Salary + 2% uncapped commissions + Incentives) = $85,000-$105,000 for the first 2 years.
An excellent Sales Account Manager will reach or exceed $125,000 in their 3rd year.
$50,000 per year Base Salary, 2% uncapped commission applicable to all recurring orders and based on gross sales paid out quarterly, plus additional performance incentive plans.
*Full Time Working Hours: *35 hours weekly, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
