*Business Development Manager Job Description:* We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at RockED, a leading SaaS company in the automotive training space.
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and fostering customer growth within our Network Partner team by identifying, qualifying, building relationships, negotiating, and onboarding new partnership clients.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced SaaS account executive, preferably with experience within the automotive sector, who is a strong communicator and very self-motivated.

*Responsibilities*: · Achieving Monthly Sales Targets: Manage a pipeline of opportunities generated by both internal team members and your own prospecting efforts within our existing customer base to consistently meet or exceed monthly new sales targets.
· Full Sales Process Ownership: Guide prospective dealership clients through the entire sales process, from initial product demonstration and trial to successful contract closure.

· Deal Negotiation and Closing: Proficiency in negotiating and closing SaaS deals, with experience in deal sizes of a minimum USD 50-100k/year in terms of annual contract value (ACV) and sales cycles of 3-9 months.
· Effective Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers within potential partner organizations.
· CRM and Automation Proficiency: Comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, such as HubSpot, to manage and track sales activities and opportunities.
