We are looking for a Team Leaders to join our growing company! We have positions available on the east and west coast of Florida.
Job Overview: You will play a critical role in assisting our HR department in evaluating new canvassers, OUTDOORS field training and coaching your team.
You will be guiding and prioritize canvassing efforts to optimize results.
We need an experienced leader that will motivate, train, enable, and guide a team to consistent achievement in lead generation goals.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate lead generating OUTSIDE in the field representatives.
Determine product demand and customer awareness
Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
Review and optimize team member activity.
Monitor and report on performance and job satisfaction from each field representatives.
Evaluate data to drive improved performance
The Sales Representative Team Leader is expected to make regular turf visits and shadow OUTDOORS new lead generating Field Sales Representatives , and thus, will be working outdoors.
Expected to work 30-35 hours per week.
Adhere and instruct all Field Sale Representatives to all CDC health and safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in OUTSIDE marketing, door to door, B2B, customer service, or other related fields
Experience in a managerial role
Strong project management skills
Strong leadership qualities
Deadline and detail-oriented
Must have experience managing lead generating staff.
Compensation: We provide a guaranty hourly rate, plus commissions, plus overrides.
