I have been working a very unique business model for the past 7 years, that has made me a small fortune, while working part time, from anywhere in the world.
I met a gentleman once at a business networking event.
He was working as a Collection Recovery Specialist for a bank in the west coast.
He told me that his primary role was to seize assets that the bank has loaned on, but that the borrower had defaulted.
Think cars, boats, Rvs, trailer homes, and such.
He told me that he had a load of inventory of RVs and boats that he was trying to sell but was overwhelmed.
I found that interesting, and offered help in marketing these.
We worked out a commission structure and I started promoting his inventory.

I simply needed the images, specs and other information, all which the bank would provide.
I would post ads on craigslist, Facebook marketplace and other websites.
After working with this bank for sometime and helping them sell a lot of their inventory I hired VA's and developed a system of success.
A system that has allowed me to promote an unlimited amount of RVs and boats and help the bank sell them at a discount.
The banks usually sell these assets for 50k to 300k, all the while you're earning 10 to 15% commissions, off of the final sales price.
Once you establish relationships with 2 to 3 banks and each one hands you 3 to 5 of their RVs, boats or trailers to help them sell, the money starts to add up.
Currently the most difficult thing about this business is finding the proper contact within the bank to introduce your services to, but I found ways to get to the right person in charge.
Since they aren't paying you anything upfront, most banks move forward and strike a deal.
So success in this business would involve you emailing people from banks (all which I will show you how to do)
