Water and 50-amp electric are available to the dockside, plus free Internet WiFi.
The dock owner is in the process of installing a new Power Pedestal with metered electric and water.
Until the Power Pedestal is installed, an additional monthly charge of $100 for electric and $50 for water will be charged.
Thus, until the Power Pedestal is installed, the total monthly rent will be $2,900 ($2750 for rent + $100 for electric + $50 for water).
Minimum term is two months, and then month-to-month.
Owner prefers a longer term scenario though.
