Looking for a RELIABLE groundskeeper - $400

Im looking for a RELIABLE groundskeeper for my sisters property in hollywood, to come out twice a week doing general upkeep of the property.
The pay would be $50 each day totaling $100 a week or $400 a month.
The $100 will be paid in person on the second visit of the week after you do a walkthrough with her on the property.
The job, would be to turn the hose, on and fill the pool, while pool is filling blow the yard and out door furniture , take the trash in the trash bin to the garbage bins out back and water the plants around the property.
There may be other jobs that need to be done like pressure washing, and additional maintenance that pay will be negotiated at the time service is needed.
