Lauderdale seeks to purchase an accounting and tax practice from a retirement minded practitioner with gross receipts between $50-250K.
Preference would be for a practice with a balanced mix of accounting and tax services.
In addition free office space with no overhead cost available to a seller who still wants to work either full or part time.
Open to all types of buyout and succession arrangements, also open to working with seller and staff members for an extended period of time to ensure greater client retention and comfort level.
If you have competent and friendly employees I prefer to retain them.
