Solid tenant paying too much after a divorce but want to stay in the area.
Currently rent a whole house by myself in Margate/Pompano area and pay all utilities.
Need to downsize but have 2 mellow, friendly dogs.
Looking to purchase or rent 3/2 preferred or smaller but decently appointed MH with low lot rent.
Amenities less important than low rent and decent pet friendly park.
Fenced area better.
No HOA best! Have references, credit, down payment or cash to $25k.
Serious only please.
Happy to do a meet and greet with pets.
Prefer dealing with down to earth park owners than boards or managers (but who doesn't).
